1) Do you need to come to my home to give me an estimate? Most of the time, we can give you an accurate estimate over the phone. We do prefer to have a walk through of the home and to meet with you the homeowner personally. This way you can let us know what your expectations are and if you have any special needs. Your satisfaction is our main objective so we want you to be pleased with the service .


2) At what time can I schedule my cleaning? We work from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays. Our first cleaning will promptly start at 9am, so if you are the first house of the day we will always start at 9am sharp. If you are the second or third home please allow an estimated time of arrival. We always try to meet your needs so if you need a specific time we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible.


3) Do I need to be present when my home is being cleaned? It is your choice as the homeowner. Many customers prefer not to be home and give us a key to access the property or leave the key in a safe location. We are fully insured for your protection and all our maids sign a confidentiality agreement.


4) Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies? No, we will provide all the supplies. If you have some specific products you would like us to use we will accommodate whenever possible.





5) Ho do I pay for the cleaning service? The most convenient way to pay is to leave a check in the home. The check should be made payable to Angels Touch and payment is made the day of the cleaning.

 

6) What if something is damaged in my home? We are a fully licensed, insured and bonded cleaning company. That means that we have everything fully covered for your protection. You don’t have to worry about anything.

7) What if I am not happy with the service? It is our goal and obligation to give you the best service. If you are not totally satisfied please let us know and we will fix the problem immediately. We offer a 100% guarantee on our services.


8) What is your cancellation policy? Please give us 24hrs notice for any cleaning cancellation or reschedule request. You may terminate the service at any time with no obligation. We don’t make our customers sign a contract.
